Alleged Cyber Attack on Dapenbankmandiri.co.id

A well-known threat actor, using the alias “LordVoldemort,” has claimed on an underground forum to be in possession of an alleged data set belonging to the domain dapenbankmandiri.co.id. According to the post, the compromised data reportedly includes:

  • Website source code
  • User documents in PDF format
  • Documentation images

The total size of the compromised files is reported to be 1.30 GB, while the compressed archive amounts to 1.12 GB. The threat actor has shared screenshots as proof and is selling the entire data package for $5,000, accepting payments exclusively in Monero (XMR) cryptocurrency.

At this time, we cannot confirm the authenticity of this report, as the organization has not yet released an official statement on its website regarding the incident. The information provided comes from publicly accessible sources on underground sites and should therefore be interpreted as an intelligence source rather than a definitive confirmation.

This claim follows a growing trend of cybercriminals publishing data breach announcements on specialized forums, often as a means of illicitly monetizing stolen information.

As always, we leave room for the company to provide any updates on the situation. We would be happy to publish any statements they may wish to share in a dedicated article to give proper visibility to the issue.

RHC will continue monitoring the situation and will provide further updates on the blog if there are any significant developments. If anyone has information regarding this matter and wishes to share it anonymously, they may use the whistleblower’s encrypted email.
