On October 15, in addition to the much-vaunted NVIDIA DGX Spark solution, created in collaboration between NVIDIA and Mediatek, another mini AI accelerator made its debut to the world: the GIGABYTE ATOM.

GIGABYTE Technology, today announced the official launch of its AI TOP ATOM , a platform based on the NVIDIA Grace Blackwell GB10 superchip, the same chip as the DGX Spark.

This innovative solution features a lightweight design compatible with standard home power supplies and comes pre-installed with the NVIDIA AI software stack, delivering powerful compute performance, making it an ideal platform for AI prototyping, tuning, and inference.

The AI TOP ATOM features 128GB of unified shared system memory, expandable up to 4TB of SSD storage, and delivers up to 1 petaFLOP of FP4 AI computing performance , supporting local processing of large language models with up to 200 billion parameters.

For advanced applications, users can connect two AI TOP ATOMs via NVIDIA ConnectX-7, breaking the limits of a single system and scaling to run AI models with up to 405 billion parameters via cluster computing to handle intensive AI workloads.

To provide a complete solution for generative AI development, AI TOP ATOM integrates NVIDIA’s AI software stack, offering a wide range of tools, development frameworks, and libraries to accelerate the development of AI projects.

This solution also incorporates GIGABYTE’s exclusive AI TOP Utility software, which, through its intuitive interface, supports fine-tuning, inference, deployment, and machine learning (ML) applications based on Large Language Model (LLM) and Large Multimodal Model (LMM), while ensuring local data privacy and security.
